Our Trek

Travel through France, Italy, and Switzerland on an epic 7-day hike around the massive Mont Blanc, the highest peak in the Alps at 15,774 feet. The circuit hike traverses the shoulder of the mountain and winds past glaciers and through forests, valleys, and charming hamlets. Trekkers will overnight in mountain huts along the way. This fully supported trek will include all meals on the trail, experienced local guides, and gear transport between huts. Mountaineering experience is not required as the route follows established hiking trails, but good physical conditioning is highly recommended. Elevation gain varies throughout the 7 day hike ranging from 1,000 to 3500 feet, and the highest altitude reached is 6,000 feet.

Our Work

Prior to our arrival in Geneva for the start of the Mont Blanc circuit, Trekkers will meet in Montenegro to work on a sustainable improvement project on an orphanage or school for 3 days. Details of the project are still under consideration and will be announced soon. Space is limited for this expedition so sign up early.

Fundraising Commitment: $1000 in
tax-deductible donations for orphanage projects

Included

• TFK trip leader and local guides
• 7 day trek with luggage transfer (you only carry a daypack)

3 Step Process

1. Apply • Fill out the online application
• Pay $500 deposit ($50 non-refundable)

2. Prepare • Read Information and Fundraising Packet from TFK
• Start a training regimen if not already exercising regularly
• Fundraise for orphanage projects
• Gather all necessary gear for the Trek
• Pay remaining Expedition fees
• Arrange flights

3. Experience • Arrive in-country.
• Enjoy a trip of a lifetime!
